Yes – everything you see on our website is available to view in-store. From sofas and dining tables to beds, chairs, and home accessories, it’s all here. Visiting means you can see the pieces up close, try them for comfort, and get a proper feel for the materials and finishes before making any decisions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
While we have many pieces in stock, if you want something specially made, you need to consider lead times. Lead times will vary depending on the manufacturer. We can confirm an estimated time when you complete the purchase.
Do you offer furniture delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE nationwide delivery for orders over €800, and we'll bring the furniture to the room of your choice. Please check access before ordering to ensure it fits.
What happens on the day of my furniture delivery?
Our drivers will contact you 30 minutes before we arrive, on a designated contact number. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack and assemble your furniture exactly where you want it. All packaging is removed from your home and taken away for recycling.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
The first thing to do is call us on (046) 909 3012 or email us at sales@1933.ie. We'll do everything we can to put things right.
If it's on your website, does that mean I can see it in your store?
Yes, the top image shown on the product page will be how it's shown in our store. We aim to show the majority of our online catalogue on display on our floor. However, there is much more in-store, so we always encourage you to make a trip.
Can I ask for advice from the team before visiting?
Of course – that’s what we’re here for. If you’ve a question about a piece, want help with measurements, or need advice on what might work best in your space, just give us a call or message us. We’re always happy to help before you visit, and even more so when you arrive.
Is delivery across Ireland free?
Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland on orders over €800. That includes not just getting it to your door, but bringing it in, placing it where you want it, and setting it up properly – whether it’s a new sofa, dining table, or bed. We’ll take away the packaging too, so all you’re left with is the furniture, ready to enjoy.
